2. Google API Services – Limited Use Disclosure

LoadKeeper TMS integrates with Google APIs to provide email functionality on behalf of our users. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2.1 What Google Data We Access

When you connect your Google account to LoadKeeper TMS, we request access to the following scope:

• Gmail Send Scope (gmail.send) – This allows LoadKeeper TMS to send emails on your behalf, such as invoices, billing statements, delivery confirmations, load updates, and other transactional communications related to your freight and logistics operations.

2.2 How We Use Google Data

We use your Google account data strictly for the following purposes:

• Sending invoices and billing statements to your customers and partners
• Sending delivery confirmations and load status updates
• Sending rate confirmations and carrier communications
• Sending other transactional emails directly related to your use of LoadKeeper TMS

We do not use your Google data for advertising, market research, or any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of LoadKeeper TMS.

2.3 Data Storage and Retention

LoadKeeper TMS stores your Google OAuth tokens securely to maintain your email connection. We retain the following:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens – stored in encrypted form and used only to authenticate email sending requests
• Email metadata (recipient, subject, timestamp) – stored as part of your activity logs within LoadKeeper TMS for audit and record-keeping purposes

We do not store the content of emails sent through your Gmail account beyond what is necessary for logging within the application. We do not read, scan, or analyze the content of your Gmail inbox.

2.4 Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties, except:

• As required by law, regulation, or legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of LoadKeeper TMS, our users, or the public
• With your explicit consent

2.5 Revoking Access

You may revoke LoadKeeper TMS's access to your Google account at any time by:

• Disconnecting your Google account from within the LoadKeeper TMS settings
• Removing access via your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Upon revocation, we will delete your stored OAuth tokens and cease sending emails on your behalf.

3. Information We Collect

In addition to Google account data described above, LoadKeeper TMS may collect:

• Account Information – name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing information when you register for our service
• Usage Data – information about how you interact with our platform, including logs, device information, and IP addresses
• Freight and Logistics Data – load details, shipment information, carrier data, and customer information that you enter into the system

• Secure storage of OAuth tokens using encryption
